Our story
Pioneer Pump was founded in the US in 1998 and launched their UK division in 2002. From its base in the UK, the team supplies and services customers across Europe, the Middle East and North Africa (EMENA).
Since opening, the UK factory has built over 3,500 pump packages and supplied thousands of pump ends. These have been exported to more than 30 countries, making Pioneer Pump one of Europe’s leading pump manufacturers.
Pioneer Pump designs, manufactures, rents and sells its own range of pumps, ensuring every customer gets the highest quality equipment. As part of Franklin Electric, the team also has access to Franklin’s full portfolio of motors and pumps.
The UK division specialises in the quarry & mining, industrial and wastewater markets, where it has earned a strong reputation for rugged, fuel-efficient pump sets built for the toughest and most demanding applications. Pioneer Pump EMENA is considered one of the most economical and environmentally friendly pump solutions on the UK market, and continues to focus on innovation, service, and partnership.
Pioneer Pump Limited designs and manufactures high-performance engine-driven and electric-powered pump sets, including submersible models. Their pumps range from 3” to 18”, delivering flows of up to 4,200 m³/hr and pressures exceeding 20 bar—ideal for both flooded and suction lift conditions.
Whether you need reliable performance for pumping water waste, wash plant feed, lagoon balancing or stockpile dewatering, there’s a Pioneer Pump to suit the job. Units are available in a range of configurations, including canopy-enclosed, open skid and road-tow trailer options. With large UK stock holdings, they can also respond quickly to customer needs.
